4. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5-6 weeks or longer depending on our backlog. Delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability but are usually estimated 4 working days.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Missed Deliveries

• If you miss a delivery from the courier, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. You will be required to pay this fee for a second delivery attempt. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order on the scheduled delivery date.

6. Returns Policy We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review our returns policy:

• Eligibility for Returns: You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described.
